For products that are not customized

We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if you’re not, we’re here to help.
You can return most items purchased on our website within 14 days of receiving your items for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned products.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at or by calling 1-800-123-4567.
We will then provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping cost, insurance fee & handling fee, if any) within 7-10 business days.

For customized products

Personalized products, including customized color, engraved text, customized size, etc), and virtual products (e.g. gift cards) cannot be returned.

Note: If there is a specific policy applied to a specific product, then please follow that specific policy.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Returns&Refund Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:


1. Email customer service at to request a return authorization number within 14days of receiving your product.
Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Please note that returns will not be accepted without a return authorization numberm our customer service.

2. When a return authorization number is issued, we will provide you a return address.
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

3. Please ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method within 3-5 business days.
Please note that return shipping costs will be paid by you and we won’t pay any tax or customs fee if it occurs.

4. We will inspect the returned item within 2 business days after receiving it. Once we confirm your return, we will process the refund and
notify you via email within 7 business days.

5. If you request an exchange, we will ship the new products within 7 business days after we check the returned product.

Note: Products returned in unacceptable conditions will not be processed for refunds and will be shipped back to you.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact our customer service at for cancellation.

1. If you need to cancel the order within 12 hours after order completion, your order can be cancelled free of charge.

2. If your order has been more than 12-24 hours and we have packed your order, we will charge a 20% packing fee for cancellation.

3. If your order has been more than 24 hours and your order has been sent out, we refuse to cancel the order.

4. If the product is customized or has been engraved (we cannot sell such products again), we need to deduct up to 50% of the cost.


1.Once we issue you a return authorization, please return the products at the address provided by customer service.
We will check the product after receiving it. Please be aware that the refund will normally be completed within 7 working days.
Once your refund is approved, your PayPal account or credit card will receive a refund from us.

2. If you still havn’t received a refund, please check your account number or credit card bank account.
It may take several business days for your credit card account to announce your refund details.
