Delivery Time

General orders are processed within 48hours(2 business days).
So, total Delivery Time = Processing Time (2 business days) + Shipping Time
Processing time differs from product to product. Generally, it is about 2 business days.
Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while most items are shipped within 48hours.
For engraved or customized products, the delivery time is 3 – 10 business days.


Delivery Methods

There are two kinds of shipping methods available in our online store.

1. Standard Shipping: Free Shipping And No Minimum which takes about 9-20 business days.
2. Expedited Shipping: Additional 20$ shipping fee, you can have your purchase delivered via expedited DHL, UPS, TNT, DPD, FedEx, or EMS which only takes about 3-7 business days.

When you purchase in our online sotre, please note that the default shipping method is standard shipping.
If you need your item sooner, you can leave your message in the note that you choose an expedited shipping method for an additional fee.

Be sure to select the shipping method that best meets your needs.

Shipping Cost

Our freight (Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping) is based on the different destination and package weight.
If you need an accurate amount, please visit the shipping carriers’ pages and then choose your destination to get a shipping estimate.

After we ship out your products, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track. You can also check your order information at this link.

1. Please note that we are not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

2. Please make sure to leave a sufficient address so that your package can be delivered correctly.
If you’re living in an apartment building, for instance, it’s important not just meet up with the correct suite number but also use Apartment # X as part of shipping information too!
We are not responsible if there are any issues caused by wrong/insufficient address given about where something will go (e-g., wrong post code, zip codes, ).

3. We can not accept P.O. BOX or APO addresses because logistics companies will refuse to deliver and your package is easily lost.
If you insist on using the P.O. BOX address, no matter what kind of shipping cost you pay, it will take more than 15 days to receive the goods.
The last thing you want is a box of stuff sitting at your doorstep for 15 days. It’s just not worth the hassle!

4. “Business days” are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
We’ll provide you with a more accurate estimate during checkout.
We are always striving to get your items delivered on time as quickly and efficiently possible.
But please note that these are ESTIMATES only – not guaranteed arrival dates!
Unfortunately, due to recent CVOID-19 related issues and severe epidemic situations overseas ,shipping may be delayed for some countries
depending on how things go with air traffic control systems as well other factors like weather patterns that are out of our control!
